Learning objectives covered during this half-day workshop:

  • Learn how to appreciate the full potential of breathwork as well as a framework to become a better breather, independent of whether you are exercising or not.
  • Nasal breathing and its benefits.
  • Learn self-assessment methods to measure wellbeing.
  • BOLT score and MBT score measurement, and exercises to improve measurements.
  • Understand the deeper connection between breathwork, lifestyle and daily activities, sharper focus, faster recovery, sleep quality and mental state.
  • PDF of the ‘Oxygen Advantage Manual’ is included as coursework information.
