JOB TITLE: Clinic Receptionist/Administrator
LOCATION The Faringdon Wellbeing Clinic, 10 Salutation Mansions, 1 Market Place Faringdon. SN7 7HL
HOURS OF WORK Part Time role – 16 Hours (Thursday 8.30-4.30 and Friday 8.30-4.30)
REPORTING TO 2 Directors/Owners

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are recruiting a new part time Receptionist for the clinic (16 hours pw). We are a friendly and busy local Wellbeing clinic in Faringdon, just outside of Swindon offering a multitude of private wellbeing disciplines including Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Massage +

Key Requirements: Applicants with prior receptionist and admin experience ideally required. Competent computing skills. Friendly, engaging and professional customer engagement skills. Any prior healthcare experience a large benefit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role includes but is not restricted to:

  • Greeting clients on arrival to the clinic.
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to messages.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Preparing clinic notes for practitioners.
  • Taking payments and reconciling card payments daily.
  • Booking appointments for clients either in person, by telephone or by email.
  • Ensuring that clinic supplies including paperwork, couch rolls, cleaning.
  • equipment, etc are kept stocked up.
  • Communicating with practitioners about clients.
  • Cover other reception staff when absent.
