OSTEOPATH
Ruari Scott qualified as an Osteopath with a first class degree from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003.
He has worked in private practice ever since, in group practice and multidisciplinary clinics. For seven years he was director of a medium sized multidisciplinary clinic in Oxfordshire with 12 therapists including a team of three osteopaths and two physiotherapists.
Ruari has a history and love of teaching and lecturing, both in undergraduate and postgraduate education. This includes eight years of medical lecturing at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Edinburgh and Birmingham, and seven years Osteopathic lecturing and tutoring at Oxford Brookes University.
Ruari is now splitting his time between working at The Faringdon Clinic and his own independent sole practitioner clinic, both in Oxfordshire. He is also working on a postgraduate project to present high quality continued professional development across the spectrum of physical therapy.
