Based on a caring, holistic approach to remedial manual therapy, her treatments are tailored to the specific needs of the individual through a range of different techniques; deep tissue body work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy and soft tissue release.
She strongly believes that receiving regular treatments acts as a powerful form of prevention in encouraging the body to adopt better habits and address postural imbalances before they become chronic issues. Applied with a ‘listening touch’ such treatments can help to relieve muscle aches and pains, increase mobility, reduce stress and induce a sense of wellbeing.
Rachael is a keen runner and regularly takes part in half marathons and 10k events. She also attends local pilates, high intensity training and strength building exercise classes to maintain cardiovascular fitness and core stability.
Rachael is available at the clinic on Wednesday afternoons and some Saturdays.
