The Asanas, or postures, work through every part of the body both externally and internally. Yoga stretches and tones muscles, joints and the spine whilst working on the internal organs, glands and nerves. Learn the art of yogic breathing by really using the lungs to increase oxygen uptake.

Releasing physical tension liberates vast sources of energy. Releasing tension in the muscles rests the whole system leaving you as refreshed as after a good night’s sleep.

From June 1st 2026 Judi our Yoga teacher is moving to a private arrangement for patients rather than running classes for multiple people. This way she can focus on your individual needs.

All our therapists and practitioners are highly qualified, experienced and fully insured, as well as being members of the appropriate regulatory body.

Clinic location

The clinic is in Faringdon centre, opposite All Saints Church, through a courtyard in Church Street. There’s free parking outside the clinic and car parks in Gloucester St and Southampton St (free for 2 hours).
