OSTEOPATH
Carlton obtained a distinction for his Masters in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University in 2012 and has practiced in international specialist clinics dealing with complex musculoskeletal issues.
In his practice he works with the use of manual therapy, with gentle but effective mobilisations, stretching, soft tissue release and manipulations if appropriate. He is fully adept with integrating other tools such as various taping techniques and exercise prescription.
Working in La Clinique du Sport, Chamonix, he specialised in the field of post-operative rehabilitation programs and the management of acute injuries related to Anterior Cruciate Ligament ruptures.
Carlton has represented Great Britain in alpine ski-racing and triathlon, and he undertakes the Natural Running Workshop and occasional holiday cover at the clinic.
He is a member of the General Osteopathic Council, British Medical Association and Royal Society of Medicine.
