The BBC 5 Live website has an excellent series of videos called “10 Today”.
There are 10 videos in total and each video is 10 minutes in length. Exercises can be done seated or standing – whichever is best suited to you.
The aim of the exercise videos is to get you stretching and moving – particularly useful with the movement restrictions imposed by the covid-19 virus.
