The following article will help you to book an appointment online.

  • We are rolling out online booking for the Clinic in phases.
  • At present we are providing online bookings for the initial 7 Clinic Practitioners shown below:

 

Where do we go to book appointments?

1.If you go to our website by clicking the button below, you can then click on the button “Book Appointments Online” on our website homepage.

2. Once on the booking page you will see the page below, choose the clinic service you require to book i..e Acupuncture 

 

3.You will then see options within that service (Acupuncture) – choose the type of appointment you want, if this is your first appointment for that service always select Initial appointment/New Appointment.

  • Once you have chosen your appointment type you will see the view below which gives you a date and time selection for appointments. You can click on a date and then see appointments available on that date.
  • Dates with Blue squares (Mornings), and Pink circles (Afternoons) on dates show where appointments are available.
  • If you need to change the month to find appointments n the future please click the right arrow (>).
  • You will see the times on the date selected shown in green boxes. Click on the time in the green box you require.

 

4. Once you have chosen a date and time you need to complete your details

The form for your details is below. Please complete this form and then click the tick boxes and click on the Complete booking button to submit this booking.

 

 

 

 

5. You can also book on practitioners pages on the website

If you go to the practitioners menu and select a practitioner on their profile page you can also book an online appointment (if the practitioner has this available), See the example below for Kirsty Harris, where you will see the button on the left hand side (at the bottom) to book an appointment.

 

That’s it your booking is complete. You will notice that some appointment types have pre requisite requitements for appointments, these are shown in the important box at the top of the screen when you book, please have a look at these to ensure you are ready for your appointment.
