I have Osteo arthritis and am being treated at the Ridgeway following a hip replacement in January (brilliant), shoulder problems (with physio, doing very well) and now lumbar sclerosis. After pilates (5 lessons, not consecutive) with Jo, I am now able to tie my shoe laces – a vast improvement – hitherto impossible. I am delighted. Her exercises suit all my problems.

It is a great bonus to have a clinic like this in Faringdon, with professional therapists that one would have to travel a long way to find elsewhere. It is so convenient and the admin staff are always friendly and knowledgeable – and they go out of their way to help. The clinic is always clean and welcoming. I appreciate the liaison between different therapists over individual treatment/programmes.
