Life & Professional Development Coaching

ICF accredited course coach

Tracey Lee is a qualified ICF accredited course coach, specialising in behaviour transformation. She has practised coaching for over 15 years, empowering individuals to develop their career potential and to live rewarding and fulfilling personal lives. Being a qualified coach adds rigor to the process, drawing on evidence-based practice to provide a bespoke coaching experience.

If you’re reading this, it’s likely you’re seeking change in some aspect of your life, yet don’t know where to start. Behavioural transformation is a psychological approach that helps create lasting change. As a coach, Tracey’s belief is that you are not broken and don’t therefore need fixing. You already have all that you need within. Her role as a coach is to facilitate your thinking, to challenge any inner dialogue that prevents growth and to help you embed sustainable behavioural change.

Understanding the difference between coaching and counselling is important. Put simply, counselling is more past-focused and therapeutic, whereas coaching is future-focused and focuses on intention (action) setting.

Benefits of coaching

  • Improved self-confidence – enhanced resilience, ability to live a happier and healthier life
  • Increased self-awareness – better decision making and reduced stress levels
  • Goal setting – willingness to be accountable for setting/realising goals/intentions

A self-confessed lifelong learner, in her spare time Tracey enjoys studying to continually develop her coaching knowledge and skills; pilates, swimming and enjoying brunch at independent cafes.

Testimonials

‘Tracey was an excellent coach who guided me, through a variety of strategies including well-structured and pertinent coaching questions, on a journey of self-discovery which has positively impacted not only my professional but also personal life. I ended every coaching session feeling positive, empowered and looking forward to applying the learning gained through the purposeful and professional coaching conversation.’

‘Tracey just helped me think more clearly about what I already knew, I just hadn’t consciously recognised that I knew. Once I had the right mindset that Tracey helped me realise I could think through issues and quite easily come up with the right approach.’

‘The role I grew into at work was quite daunting with a lot expected on me and there was some friction to overcome with colleagues. From the first session with Tracey, she had me assessing myself and bringing things out that I didn’t know were within. She challenged me on my behaviours and had me looking at how I approached things, particularly difficult conversations, to help me see things from completely new perspectives. My confidence improved massively and I now feel calmer and more able to deal with whatever my job throws at me!’
