Dr. Rajesh Ravi is a highly experienced Audiologist with more than 20 years of dedicated service in the NHS, specialising in advanced hearing diagnostics and the management of balance disorders. He has developed exceptional expertise in microsuction ear wax removal, having been formally trained in 2016 and performing the procedure extensively ever since. With a wealth of hands-on experience, he provides safe and effective ear care, helping patients relieve discomfort and improve ear health.

For over a decade, he has also specialised in diagnostic vestibular testing and balance rehabilitation, supporting individuals affected by dizziness, vertigo, and other balance-related conditions. His advanced assessment techniques and tailored
rehabilitation strategies are designed to improve stability, reduce symptoms, and restore quality of life.

In his current role as Diagnostic and Clinical Development Lead in Audiology within the NHS, Dr Ravi has been a key contributor since 2005, leading service development, innovation, and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for patients with complex hearing and balance needs.

Alongside clinical work, he is actively involved in NHS research projects, helping to expand the understanding of hearing and balance disorders and develop new diagnostic and treatment pathways. This commitment strengthens evidence-based practice and supports the future of audiological services.

Rajesh holds a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) from Nova Southeastern University (delivered at the University of Westminster, London), as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Audiology from Bangalore University, India. His career also includes contributions to academic teaching, clinical supervision, and national research presentations.
