Crystal Reiki combines the gentle practice of Reiki with the use of crystals to create a calming, restorative experience. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice, and crystals are incorporated to complement the treatment and support a sense of balance and wellbeing.
You’ll remain comfortably clothed and can relax while I work with Reiki energy, intuitively selecting crystals to complement your session. Where appropriate, crystals may be placed gently on or around the body. The session offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, release everyday tension and take some time for yourself.
No previous experience of Reiki or crystals is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself some time to relax.
