Reflexologist & Reiki Practitioner

Carrie Baker has been practising multiple years and went full time in the industry in April 2024.

Carrie is a Reiki Master, qualified Reflexologist and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Carrie started her business just under 2 years ago, working part-time for the first year until the opportunity to go full time arose in April 2024, when she was made redundant following a career of over 30 years in the corporate world.

Her passion is supporting her clients holistically and believes that it is possible to work alongside western medicine, to improve the wellbeing of her clients. Carrie has the wellbeing of her clients at the heart of everything that she does.

Carrie offers Reiki (which is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that also promotes healing). A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reflexology for the face, hands and feet, along with menopause support, reflexology lymphatic drainage, non-surgical face lifts and one-off luxury facials using Gua sha tools (which are a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping the skin with a massage tool to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage. It may help with a variety of issues, including pain, puffiness, and wrinkles.)

Carrie practices from the Faringdon Wellbeing Clinic on Wednesday mornings from 9.30am until 12.30pm.
