Alison is a qualified Reflexologist and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

My working life has always revolved around people. Supporting clients to meet their individual needs is at the heart of my practice, guided by a simple and lasting ethos: treat the person as a whole.

I strongly believe that continuous professional development is essential to delivering the highest standard of care. By continually developing and refreshing my skills, I am able to adapt my treatments to support a wide range of needs and life stages.

My work is grounded in empathy and a deep understanding of how holistic therapies can positively support physical and emotional wellbeing. I offer a range of treatments including reflexology and therapeutic massage, with specialist training in pregnancy, maternity care and lymphatic drainage.

I am also certified to provide complementary therapies to support clients undergoing cancer treatment, allowing me to offer gentle, considered care tailored to those with specific and sensitive needs.

My qualifications include Advanced 5-Element Reflexology (SCQF Level 8), VTCT Level 3 Massage Therapy, and VTCT Level 3 Reflexology, alongside specialist training in pregnancy massage, maternity reflexology, reflexology lymphatic drainage (RLD) and deep tissue techniques.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Association of Reflexologists, and I hold recognised certifications in Cancer Care Therapies through Butterfly Touch Therapies, accredited by AoR, CThA, FHT and RAoA.
