It is suitable for adults and children over 1 year old, utilizing a metered-dose system to minimize mess and over-application. 

• Usage: For, treating existing blockage, apply one or two doses in each ear twice daily for 4-5 days. For ongoing maintenance/prevention, use once a week.
• Application: Shake well, insert the nozzle into the ear canal, and spray once or twice. Massage the small bump outside the ear (tragus) to help the oil settle.
