Jen’s passion for movement and wellbeing started at a young age through the practice of dance and gymnastics. For her first degree in Lancaster, Jen studied contemporary dance and physical theatre. She then travelled to India to complete an intensive yoga training and has continued to work as a yoga teacher for the last 12 years. Jen also now teaches anatomy and physiology for yoga teacher-training courses using her specialist osteopathic knowledge and skillset to give new teachers a strong grounding in functional anatomy.
Since graduation from osteopathic college, Jen has taken a keen interest in women’s health as she strongly believes in the important role osteopathy can play in improving the structure – and therefore function – of the gynecological system through all stages of life.
