Food has always been a language that Clare understands – a source of joy and happiness, fuel and function.
Since graduating in 1996, Clare has held roles within the food industry and therefore brings a wealth of unique insights to help clients make sense of the confusing world of nutrition. She offers personalised nutrition counselling with an evidence-based approach by drawing on the latest research and knowledge, and combining it with her client’s personal experiences, preferences and wishes. She recently completed a certificate in humanistic counselling skills and is training to be a IBCLC lactation consultant.
Her nutrition practice is weight inclusive and grounded in social justice to help clients of all body sizes and shapes to rediscover a happier, healthier relationship with food.
Clare is joining The Faringdon Clinic on alternate Tuesday mornings.
