CLINICAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Audri is a Clinical Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals out of pain through hands-on massage. She delivers a unique treatment experience that is tailored to address a specific outcome using techniques of Eastern and Western massage therapies and an understanding of functional movement.
Over the years, Audri has developed an interest in all things Fascia: from Biotensegritiy, direct and indirect Myofascial Release techniques, Trigger Points (Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction) to similarities between Myofascial Meridians (Anatomy Trains, Slings), and Chinese Meridians with Acupressure points (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
Audri applies heat, acupressure, Amma, myofascial release, trigger points technique and for treating common conditions such as lower back pain, hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, migraines, hand wrist and arm pain, leg knee and foot pain.
The ‘fix in six’ treatment plan is designed in partnership with the client to increase mobility, range of movement (ROM) whilst reducing levels of pain. Audri understands the value of precise application and a range of Eastern and Western techniques.
Her curiosity into wellness is borne from the need to address a lower back pain issue that originated in her 20s. Pilates turned her attention to fascial adhesions, like Velcro sticking layers of muscle tissue over one another. Audri completed Anatomy Trains in Movement and Slings Myofascial training and combined Swedish and Sports Massage with Structural Integration. Audri committed to continued professional development and standards.
Outside the clinic, Audri teaches Online Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions from her studio in Witney, where she lives with her young family.
Audri is personable and goes the extra mile to support her clients on their path to enjoy pain free, functional and healthier living.
