Karen
grew up locally and
now lives in Lechlade working as a Sports and
Remedial Massage Therapist after gaining a BTEC Level 4 Diploma from
the Cotswold Academy. Her knowledge is enhanced by having a
personal understanding of a variety of sports, ranging from competitive
squash to marathon running and yoga. Her belief in the power
of
preventative care including regular exercise, good nutrition and
massage
forms the basis of her strong work ethic.
Karen's personal understanding of the physiological, psychological and
biomechanical strains placed upon the human body enable her to have
both a clinical and personal approach when dealing with the variety of
needs experienced by her clients.
She combines deep tissue work with a range of techniques that include:

Karen
is a member of
Highworth running club and is always in training
for some race or another, usually a half or full marathon.
She
also practises Iyengar yoga and trains regularly at a local gym.
